Nutritional information

Reishi is the common name of the medicinal fungus Ganoderma lucidum. In its vast majority is grown in China and Japan, where it is used in the oriental medicine for more than 3,000 years. Benefits: antioxidant effect and immune system booster. Ideal for the paleo diet.
