For reasons of hygiene and health only we accept returns of products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the product has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us in the within less than 7 days and send us the photograph of the product.
Or if in the delivery of the product you detect any damage or tear on the box, please write it on the bill of lading that you sign at the time of delivery and, in the within less than 7 days please contact us with the description of the incident along with the photograph of the damaged product.
The same way, if the product is incorrect and does not correspond to your order, please contact us please in the within less than 7 days with the order number and attached the photo of the product received.
In all cases we will charge the costs of the collection and the replacement by another product or the refund of the order amount.
